Prayer -- throughout the Bible we read of those who talked to God, sharing with him their hopes, dreams, concerns, fears, frustrations and desires. Jesus taught us what to say (Matt. 6:9) and Paul encouraged us to never stop praying (Phil 4:6).
To help you implement a life of prayer, we've gathered together some helpful ideas and ways in which you can develop and mature in this spiritual area of your life. These ideas have grown from years of experience in prayer groups of CFO. They are to be used as suggestions and not as set patterns.

THE UNITED PRAYER TOWER
Rooted in the belief that God always answers our prayers according to His purposes, we invite you to participate with the United Prayer Tower, an affiliate ministry to CFO:
1. Call our prayer line (641-421-6858) when you have a personal prayer and want to talk with someone.
2. E-mail us with your prayer request.
3. Join us as a partner in prayer. Become a member of the e-mail prayer team. Request a copy of our monthly prayer list which includes personal requests, CFO concerns and background information on critical world issues.
4. Ask for prayer resources and materials. We have pamphlets on living prayer and a helpful manual for getting started.
5. Support us financially through tax-deductible gifts.
